TONY PEARSON

Tony began his real estate career in 1997 while working with a custom home builder near Lansing, Michigan. A move to Grand Rapids, began a role with True North Architecture. During that time, he was licensed as a commercial broker, which led to the birth of True North Real Estate in 2004.
Tony's gathered many tools through the years, with which to serve his customers, including a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, as well as multiple years of experience in project development and construction and personally owning investment real estate.
As an additional service to his clients, True North offers Property Management, to ensure that their properties and investments are well cared for. True North has facilitated millions of dollars of real estate transactions they are committed to provided direction and advice to his clients as if he, himself, has a financial stake in the property.
Tony has served as both Treasurer and President for the Commercial Alliance of Realtors of West Michigan, a member of the Board of Directors with the National Association of Realtors, and is currently Vice-Chair for Mel Trotter Ministries, in Grand Rapids.
Personally, Tony is blessed as a husband, with an amazing wife, and is the proud father of three wonderful children (18, 16 & 14). He enjoys working out, hiking, travel and spending time with his wife and family.
